Orphanages
BASIC Trust International builds or supports orphanages in Africa and Asia.
The United Nations statistics division estimated that sixty five percent of the world’s population live in Africa and Asia. Of these billions of people, forty percent are children under the age of fifteen.An appalling, unacceptably large number of these are homeless, diseased, exposed to all manner of crime and go to bed hungry.
